Job Details
Vivid are currently working with a Local Authority in Cumbria who are looking for an Senior Planning Policy Officer on an initial 6 month contract.
The council are looking for an experienced policy consultant who can deal with a range of policy issues including:
- SPDs in town centre
- green infrastructure
- playing pitches
- affordable housing
- design guides
- gypsy and traveller accommodation assessment
The Council are ideally looking for someone to start within the next 2 weeks however they are willing to wait up to 5 weeks for the right candidate. They are fully equipped for home working however site visits would be required once every 3 weeks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck in to an interesting caseload at a vibrant and flourishing council!
