Landmark Planning, based in Leicester, is a well established (over 20 years) and award winning general practice town planning consultancy operating principally in the Midlands. We are looking to recruit a Principal Planner / Associate to the firm in order to support us in working with a wide range of clients, including commercial and residential developers, public bodies and the general public.

The ideal candiate:

  • You must be MRTPI qualified.
  • 6-8 years post-chartership experience (ideally in both Local Authority and Private Practice).
  • Strong project management skills, as you will be expected to immediately take over and manage major and minor jobs (with Director assistance). You will also be expected to manage more junior colleagues in these tasks.
  • Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.

Competitive salary based on experience and subject to negotiation.

It is preferred that you work at the company’s own offices in the City centre, which comes with dedicated secure parking and is based off the wonderfully historical New Walk.
