Economic Regeneration Manager

A client of mine, based in Leicestershire, have an exciting opportunity for an Economic Regeneration Manager to take a key role in driving forward and developing the Councils Economic Development Team
The Team is involved in a broad range of initiatives from town centre management, to business support and delivering major regeneration projects.

This is a great opportunity to join us as we press forward with delivering new mixed use and housing schemes and look to benefit from programmes such as the Levelling Up Fund, the Welcome Back Fund and close working with public and private sector stakeholders to provide investment in the Borough as we emerge from the pandemic.
The ideal candidate will have

- A degree or equivalent in a subject related to economic regeneration, development, planning, assets, surveying or project management.
- Experience working in economic regeneration or similar environment
- Experience of working with landowners, stakeholders and developers to bring forward development and regeneration
