Would you like to play a key role in delivering community facilities, affordable housing, and other key infrastructure for our residents?
Would you like to work in a one of the fastest growing areas of the country that is not only diverse in its very nature but also an attractive place to live and work?
This new role provides an opportunity to help monitor and facilitate the delivery of infrastructure projects related to legal agreements attached to planning permissions.
The post will be a mix of office-based activities along with a requirement to check that facilities are delivered within the specification and on time. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimum supervision, and will be required to meet on behalf of the Council with developers and partner organisations such as parish/town councils
The post sits within a small but busy Planning Policy Team, and we are looking for a team player who is able to operate in a cross team/authority environment.
For an informal discussion about this post, please contact Jo Symons, Planning Policy Manager, on Joanna.symons@tewkesbury.gov.uk or 01684 272090.
Closing date: Friday, 27 August 2021
Proposed interview dates: Thursday, 9 and Friday, 10 September 2021
