About you
As a Planning and Development Officer you will have relevant experience and/or knowledge of the planning system. You need to be a good communicator and negotiator with the ability to deal with professional individuals and member of the public. Applications are also welcomed from recent graduates and those working towards relevant professional qualifications or those with industry experience and transferable skills who aspire to develop and progress their careers.
About the Role
As a Planning and Development Officer you will be required to support the provision of a high quality development management service. You will be responsible for handling a caseload of minor and other planning applications. You will also deal with appeals through the fast track householder service.
