You will be working to support an outstanding planning policy service and will become involved in all aspects of planning policy work including the preparation of the Local Plan and neighbourhood plans. Excellent communication skills and a customer focus are essential, as is the ability to progress a varied workload and see the bigger picture. With some experience of working within a local planning authority or a private consultancy in a planning role you will be a well organised person, who can work collaboratively but also independently to support the team.
