Senior Planner

A leading property consultancy is looking to add a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to their team due to the number of new instructions and repeat business they have seen recently. On a daily basis you’ll be working closely Associate Partners and Partners on a number of large-scale residential developments, commercial, industrial and mixed-use regeneration schemes. 

About You

As a Senior Planner or experienced Town Planner, you will have a minimum of 3 years working in the Planning sector, ideally for a consultancy or developer although local authority experience will be considered. You will have worked on a varied portfolio of projects and have a fantastic understanding of the UK planning system.

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to excel in your daily work and you will be comfortable with attending client meetings, site visits and working closely with local planning officers.
