Job Details
Great opportunity just in for a Principal Planner to join a local authority based in Oxfordshire. The role is offered initially at 6 months and will be on a full time basis.
Due to the nature of the role the position will be mostly remote with occasional site visits.
The main duties of the role will be to deal with a large caseload of householder, advert, small scale residential, retail and commercial applications and so experience in this field are necessary.
This is a great opportunity for any planners as the council are happy to work to a suggested/market rate.
