I am working with an authority based in the South West who is looking for three Planning Officers. They can offer predominantly remote-based working with occasional site visits every 1/2 weeks. They would be looking for the candidate to start immediately and the role would be working on a caseload of householder and minor applications. It would be a 3-6 month initial contract.
Would consider part time.
Candidate’s Required Experience:
- Two years experience within Local Authorities.
- RTPI would be beneficial.
- Previous experience of dealing with householder and minor applications.
- Rate would be dependent on the experience of the candidate.
- Inside IR35
- Remote working available
