Vivid are working with an LPA in the North who're looking for a DM Manager to join the team on an initial 4 initial month contract, which comes with a view for extension.

Role responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to the Director
  • Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the DM service, including major and non-major developments, enforcement
  • Managing team performance, making key decisions, ensuring significant development proposals are appropriately resourced and managed.
  • Overseeing service delivery, monitoring service budget and authorising expenditure on external consultancy services.

The role will be offered on a remote basis apart from office presence for committee meetings once a month.
