Job Details
I am currently working with a busy client based in Surrey who are looking for an experienced S106/CIL Officer to join their team on a 3 month contract.
The following duties for the successful candidate must include;
- To have a day to day operational role in the recording, collection, monitoring, and reporting of community infrastructure levy revenue and s106 financial and non-financial obligations on the Exacom monitoring system.
- To provide advice to customers and support to development management officers on the liability of development to the community infrastructure levy;
- To produce information on CIL/S106 as required for Councillors, FOI, WBC staff;
- To provide support to the Service Manager as required to enforce non-payment of the community infrastructure levy and financial section 106 planning obligations, and compliance with nonfinancial section 106 planning obligations;
