Tetra Tech Planning – the new name in planning consultancy - came into existence in January 2021 with the combination of WYG’s long-established reputation as a leading UK planning consultancy and Tetra Tech’s status as a leading provider of consulting services worldwide.
We are ambitious: Our aim is for Tetra Tech Planning to have an industry-leading reputation.
Do you have the skills, drive and ambition to help us?
With the continued success of our London planning team we are looking to appoint a Senior Planner to assist with their busy workload. You will lead on and assist with a wide variety of projects in London and beyond; you will work directly with senior members of the planning team in London and you will work with a variety of clients from all sectors; you will be supported in further developing your professional skills and experience; you will work in a small, friendly team with the backing of 60 planning colleagues based around the country.
Do you have the skills, drive, ambition and personality to be that person?
We work in a way which balances personal, team and client requirements in allowing choice, freedom, and flexibility as to where, when and how you work; we champion diversity and inclusion; we support each other to contribute, challenge each other to achieve and celebrate our successes.
Do you share our culture and want to further improve it?
If you can answer “yes” to the following we would love to hear from you. Are you MRTPI qualified, with previous experience? Do you have current or recent commercial planning consultancy experience and feel confident engaging with clients, consultants and other stakeholders? Do you have strong report writing, communication and presentation skills, and enjoy being client-facing?
In return we offer a competitive salary, contributory pension and a range of flexible benefits. We promote flexible working and are open to discussing the possibility of reduced hours, remote working, flexible start and finish times, compressed hours or potential job shares.
