We have an exciting opportunity for a Planner/Senior Planner to join our vibrant and dedicated planning team, based in the heart of Central Milton Keynes. Working across the team’s diverse project base, you will be responsible for preparing site appraisals, development plan representations, submitting planning (and other) applications and appeals and advising clients generally. As a commercially minded individual you will be supported in developing your own client base and taking the lead on projects with budgetary accountability. Tetra Tech is a multidisciplinary organisation and you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multi-skilled teams on larger proposals.
We are looking for a RTPI accredited or eligible Town Planner with proven experience in a similar role. You may be presently working in a local authority, consultancy or for a housebuilder. You will be capable of managing a varied workload and be confident taking on the responsibility for the day-to-day management of concurrently running projects. To be successful in the role you will have the following key skills and experience:
