Are you a Town Planner/Senior Planner or an Associate Town Planner who is on the lookout for a new exciting opportunity based in the Wimborne area then this role may be a match for you.

Penguin Recruitment are assisting a well-known real estate consultancy who are on the lookout for someone to be based in their Wimbornd office on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 16 professionals where you will cover areas such as Kent, Surrey and the South East region.

Your day to day duties will consist of the following:

• Preparing planning appraisals for land, buildings and concepts
• Managing professional teams
• Preparing planning statements
• Negotiate competitive proposals
• Develop complex reports and provide clear recommendations

We are looking for the successful candidates to have the following qualifications:

• Chartered member of the RTPI
• Good experience managing projects
• A mix of experience within the public and private sector
• Excellent communication skills to build client relationships
