Job Details
Vivid are working with an LPA in East Anglia who are in need of a Senior Planning Officer for 3 months to assist with their busy workload.
As a member of the Development Management team, you'll be dealing with a mixed caseload of planning applications ranging from householder-level to smaller scale major applications.
Due to the need for the Planner to hit the ground running, previous experience of working within a DM setting within a Local Authority is highly desirable.
Site visits will required up to once per week, for which access to a car is needed, but you'll be able to work remotely otherwise.
Rate is dependent on experience but could be up to £35/hr.
