Job Details

A Local Authority in the South East are looking for a Senior Enforcement Officer to assist them for an initial contract of 6 months. The role would be predominantly remote-based, apart from office presence/site visits needed 1 day per week. Pay rates are dependant on experience and the IR35 status is undetermined.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking on a range of complex cases.
  • Conducting site visits.
  • Liaising with members of the public.
  • Drafting Notices, and preparing written evidence.
  • Leading on appeals
  • Supervising more Junior members of staff

It would be beneficial if you had previous Local Authority experience in a similar role.
