The South Kilburn Regeneration Programme aims to transform the area into a sustainable and mixed neighbourhood and create a real sense of place and belonging.
The Masterplan aims to deliver 2,400 new high quality homes of mixed tenure, improved public realm, a new primary school, health facilities, retail facilities, improved environmental standards and a site-wide energy solution.
The Post
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a number of major capital projects with an emphasis on place making. This challenging and varied role within a small but high achieving team is focused on delivery of an ambitions 15-year estate regeneration programme delivering high quality housing and community infrastructure.
The Person
We are looking for an all-round people person who is confident, assertive, bold, questioning, diplomatic, and tactful. Someone who is not be deterred by the difficulties estate regeneration faces but pro-active in finding ways forward. The Senior Project Manager needs to be flexible with a positive approach to change, have a keen eye for detail and be great with budgets and programmes.
You will bring development knowledge and relevant experience to support the whole regeneration process. You should be experienced in dealing with the barriers to development, such as land supply, planning and affordability. As well as experience in the delivery of schemes.
