Job Details
One of my busiest clients based on the South Coast require an Interim Senior or Enforcement Officer to complete an initial 3 month contract.
The LPA require an experienced Officer to take over Enforcement cases and effectively manage the process through it’s entirety. You will be fully responsible for investigating alleged breaches of unlawful development and taking formal action and issuing notices if necessary.
As well as issuing notices, you will also be required to capably prepare written reports and evidence and be able to confidently present said evidence in Inquiries, Court, and Planning Hearings.
Due to present circumstances the role is predominantly homeworking based. However, you may still be expected to undertake visits and inspections when necessary.
For the right candidate, the council are willing to offer up to £40 an hour. There is also potential for the position to be Outside of IR35.
