Job Details
Vivid are working with a North West-based LPA who're looking for a Planning Officer to join the team on an initial 3 month contract.
You'll be joining a busy DM team to deal with householder and minor applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with a similar caseload within an LPA setting, but private sector experience may be considered.
You'll need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
The authority are willing to be flexible on office presence with homeworking available. You will have to travel to the area for site visits, though this could as little as once a week.
Rate will depend on experience but will fall in the region of £25-£32/hr.
