I am currently working with a local authority in Berkshire who are looking for a CIL Administration Officer on an initial 3 month contract with a high chance of extension.
The council are looking for someone who has 1+ year in town planning and will be able to come in and hit the ground running.
Some of the main responsibilities:
- To have a day to day operational role in the recording, collection, monitoring, and reporting of community infrastructure levy revenue and s106 financial and non-financial obligations on the Exacom monitoring system;
- To provide advice to customers and support to development management officers on the liability of development to the community infrastructure levy;
