Assistant Town Planner
Our close client is an independent town planning consultancy based in Central London. Our client is a highly reputable private planning consultancy and they are looking to onboard an Assistant Town Planner to their tight-knit team. The office is situated in an excellent Central London location with fantastic transport links. The successful candidate will have a RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related, along with some town planning private consultancy experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in Central London at a well-established town planning consultancy. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning
- 4 months – 1 years experience in Town Planning role (preferably private sector)
- Have an idea of the basics of the UK planning system
As an Assistant Town Planner your duties will include:
- Undertaking site visits
- Attending meetings
- Monitoring planning applications
- Submitting applications
