You will be responsible for managing a team of technical staff within Planning Enforcement providing expert planning advice and ensuring the provision of an effective, consistent and high-quality service that is responsive to customer demands.

Naturally, you'll have excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a high level of personal expertise and experience in Planning Enforcement.
You have proven ability to create a culture that supports the development of staff, through performance management training and coaching. You will be commercially focused, positively promoting the service, and committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of Planning.
You will have degree in a relevant subject (or relevant work experience), full membership of RTPI. Other information
