Are you an ambitious Town Planner who is looking to make a step up or looking for a new challenge? Are you eager to experience working on major regeneration schemes across the North West?
A national property consultancy is growing their Manchester Planning team further with the addition of a Town Planner to assist on a varied project load of large scale regeneration, residential and commercial developments. On a daily basis you will be assisting senior members of the team, drafting planning applications, performing research tasks on sites and liaising closely with LPA officers.
You will have experience in a Planning related role, either local authority or consultancy, and have an understanding of the UK Planning system (knowledge of the North West is desirable). You will also be working towards RTPI membership and have a Planning related degree.
The company is a well known name in the property industry and continues to deliver high quality advice to a range of clients across multiple disciplines. Their UK Planning team has achieved outstanding results over the last 18 months and continues to expand as new instructions come through to them.
