Job Details
My public sector client in the home counties is looking for a Senior/Principal Planning Officer to join their team on an initial 4 month contract with the possibility of extension.
The caseload is split between minor and major applications with the maximum number of dwellings being 20.
Site visits are required every couple of weeks so access to a car is essential.
A laptop is provided for this assignment and a working knowledge of Idox is essential.
Local authority experience processing planning applications in rural setting is essential.
rate is D.O.E and is outside of IR35.
