Job Details
Vivid are working with a local authority in the South West to find a Development Management Team Leader to help manage the Development Management function for an initial 6 month contract, with the likely potential for extension.
The hourly rate is dependant on experience but will be offered at upwards of £45 per hour.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring
- Signing off work for more junior members of staff
- Dealing with own caseload of Major Applications
- Represent the Council at Committee meetings
Local Authority experience is advantageous, however, private sector experience would also be considered.
