Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning department where you can assist in shaping and moulding your own team?
 
Pay Rate is negotiable for this post; however, it is believed that the role will be assessed as Inside IR35 and rates of £50 per hour are achievable with Carrington West.
 
You will assist the planning manager by leading an Area Team in a diverse London Borough.
 
This role will cover all application types, except strategic applications as there is a separate team who deals with them.
 
  
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
