Your workday can go one of two ways.

You get up at 5am, you rush through some coffee and a quick shower, spend a couple of hours sat on the train and another 15 minutes on the tube, just to sit in a shiny corporate office surrounded by bars with £9 pints which you’re too tired to go to anyway.

The highlight of your day is your 5-minute Tesco break to grab a meal deal and a Snickers.

Or you wake up refreshed at 7:30, you sit and enjoy your cup of tea and a crumpet, luxuriate in your shower, and drive to work with your favourite tunes going in the background. Your office is small and cosy, and everyone knows everyone.

The work is interesting, your boss trusts you to just get on with things, and you won’t have to re-mortgage your house to go out for drinks.

I’m looking for a Senior Planner who wants the opportunity to work for a small Planning Consultancy, with a great mix of work, a lovely group of people, and a gorgeous location out in Essex.

That means taking the lead on your own projects, being trusted to handle clients, and getting access to an exciting range of projects. You’ll get the opportunity to work on anything from residential, to commercial, to mixed-use, and anything in between.
