A Local Authority in the North West are looking for an Enforcement Officer to assist them for an initial contract of 3-6 months, with the likely potential for extension. The role would be remote for the foreseeable future, apart from site visits. Pay rates are dependant on experience and the IR35 status is deemed Inside.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking on a range of cases.
- Conducting site visits.
- Liaising with members of the public.
- Drafting Notices, and preparing written evidence.
- Leading on appeals.
- Assisting the DM Team on minor applications.
It would be beneficial if you had previous Local Authority experience in a similar role.
