Job Details
My local authority client is looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a planning enforcement officer art a local authority.
This vacancy does not require any court attendance and is full remote working.
The post holder will be competent on UNIFORM.
Key responsibilities:
- To undertake formal interviews in accordance with the PACE Act 1984 as required
- To manage a caseload of enforcement complaints
- To undertake consultation with the Senior Enforcement Officer, Planning Officers and Managers in order to make judgements as to the expediency of taking enforcement action in each case
