Job Details
Vivid are working with an Essex-based Local Authority who're looking for a Planner to join the team on a 3-6 month contract to help to deal with their backlog of cases.
Initially, the caseload will consist of householder and minor applications however there may be an opportunity to pick up some larger cases further down the line.
The authority need a Planner who has great experience of the UK Planning system with a proven record of dealing with smaller-scale planning application efficiently and effectively. Previous LPA experience is desirable.
Rate of pay is negotiable, but will likely fall between £30-£35/hr.
