Job Details

A consultancy with offices nationwide are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their London office.

Role & Company

Working alongside a small team in the capital, and in conjunction with planning teams based around the UK, you’ll be tasked with working on private, public and community clients. This team are skilled in working across a wide variety of sectors and on projects that are typically medium to large scale. The focus of this role will see you engaging in a range of development plan, policy and development management work. This will include planning appraisals, co-ordinating pre-application and planning applications, preparing local plan representations, site promotion and appeals. You will be encouraged to attend networking events and over time build your own client base through networking.

Role Requirements

  • You must be an MRPTI qualified town planner, with experience across both the private and public sectors.
  • Minimum two years planning experience, more to be considered for the higher salary bracket.
  • Ambitious and confident personality, ready to take on a role in a consultancy which will empower you to build your own client base.
