A boutique consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner. Working closely with a number of Directors, you’ll focus on delivering developments in Central and Greater London, mostly across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will guide clients throughout the planning process, managing a range of external stakeholders working on medium to large scale projects. There will also be opportunities to mentor junior members of staff, eventually taking on management responsibilities as your role grows.

This consultancy has had an incredibly successful 2020, with many commercial clients of theirs growing throughout the year. As a result, they have a strong foundation to build upon throughout this year as they continue to expand, offering their staff genuine career opportunities. They have a vibrant office space in London Bridge which they intend on returning to when safe. The company culture is built around responsibility, everyone works in a relaxed environment but at the end of the day, delivers on their developments.

This is an ideal role for an experienced Senior Town Planner with MRPTI looking to join a consultancy that will see your hard work noticed and rewarded. The intention with this hire is to promote the successful applicant to Associate level, based on high quality work, in the coming year. They will also consider Junior Associate Planners with this London expertise.
