Our client works with a variety of clients on a range of interesting projects that includes high-profile and challenging schemes across the capital and has an excellent track record of successful outcomes. Joining a sizeable team of 25+, you will help the company provide the following services to their client base;

-Applications & Appeals

-Land Promotion and policy

-Appraisals and Viability Assessment

-Community Engagement

-Enforcement

-CPO

-S106

-EIA

-Strategy and Strategic Solutions

-DCO



The successful candidate is likely to hold 4+ years post qualification experience, and must be intellectually strong, have a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator, especially in writing. You will probably come from a planning consultancy background, be RTPI or RICS qualified, be a team player with a drive and determination to deliver excellent results for your clients.
