Job Details

Vivid are working with a Local Authority based in Hampshire to find a Planning Enforcement Officer to join the team on a 3-6 month initial contract.

They're looking for someone who can confidently hit the ground running with conducting the enforcement investigations and writing the subsequent reports. Therefore, previous experience doing a similar role is highly desirable.

Due to the nature of role, you will have to be willing to travel to the area for site visits (for which a driving licence and access to a car is required), but the majority of the role can be done remotely. The site visits will not be more than once a week.

The authority are happy to negotiate the hourly rate, depending on experience, but can be up to £35/hr.

If you're interested, please get in touch with Marsha ASAP on 0161 413 7290 or email a CV to marsha.skillen@vividresourcing.com
