Job Details
Vivid are working exclusively with a East Midlands based Local Authority who are in the market for a Planning Officer, for an initial 3-month contract while the council deals with an influx in applications.
This position will largely involve dealing with householder applications, alongside other minor applications. They are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years’ worth of local authority development management experience, and the salary for this post will vary depending on your relevant experience.
Ideally you will have experience in local authority planning (DM) and be able to hit the ground running with a caseload of applications.
