Planning Documentation / Statement Writer

We are a London based Architecture and Planning Company who are looking to recruit Experienced Employed Town Planners to our part time team.

We specialise in Preparing, Submitting and Managing Planning Applications and have submitted over 2000 planning applications within the M25. It may be possible that you have worked on an application we have submitted in the past?

Our team delve in and receive a real thrill from a policy win or even better a good appeal win.

The perfect candidates will hold a development Control job at a Local Authority and is looking for extra income/work writing detailed 

Design and Access statements, planning statements and appeal statements. Our current support writers are very experienced and have set a very high standard of work expectation. We pride ourselves on our results.

Skills Required: Perfect English, RTPI / FRTPI, DC Experience, Competent IT skills with MS word/zoom/publisher/dropbox.

We will ensure that you are not asked to work on any planning application in the Local Authority you are employed in, to avoid any conflict of interest.
