An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Town Planner to join a successful planning team in an excellent Leeds location. Our client is on the lookout for an ambitious Planner to join their fast-paced busy team working on a range of projects large and small. Our client is an excellent consultancy and would offer the right candidate a competitive starting salary, excellent bonuses and fantastic career prospects!
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning
- 1-2 years’ experience in Town Planning
- Have an idea of the basics of the UK planning system
As an Assistant Town Planner your duties will include:
- Undertaking site visits
- Attending meetings
- Monitoring planning applications
- Submitting applications
