We are seeking an ambitious Town Planner with a particular interest in assessing housing need and supply to join our busy team in Cirencester.

You will be responsible for assisting with expert advice on housing need and supply matters in support of the delivery of wide-ranging planning consultancy services, including the preparation of planning applications, and collation of evidence for appeals ,planning obligations and in support of Local Plans. There will also be the opportunity to assist colleagues on a range of other planning matters and to move towards managing your own projects.
You will have an interest in statistical analysis with a good understanding of the planning system in the UK and an appreciation of the interactions between housing need and housing supply. Ideally you will also hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree and either have or be working towards MRTPI Chartership which we will provide you with support with. We are seeking talented candidates with strong professional and business acumen to nurture and develop new and existing projects and client relationships.
