Senior Planning Officer

Vivid are working a Local Authority based in Central England to find a Senior Planning Officer to join the team on a 3 month initial contract. 

You'll be tasked with assessing a mixed caseload of applications, ranging from householder apps to small majors of around 30 units. 

Experience in a similar position is essential.

While the role can be done remotely, there will be a need to conduct your own site visits where necessary, which can be grouped together. It's likely that these will take place once every 2-3 weeks. 

The rate for the position will be dependent on experience up to £36/hr
