Our client is a specialist National Planning Consultancy based in the heart of Central London. Our client has a wealth of experience in sectors including residential, retail and commercial development.  Due to an increase in work our client is keen to onboard a Principal Planner to their successful and ever-growing company.

Your Duties

At your new job your duties will include coordinating and preparing planning applications, develop relationships with clients, local authority and stakeholders, undertaking site appraisals and provide strategic and tactical planning advice.

You

Ideally you will have chartered status and a degree in a relevant discipline. You will also have excellent communication skills and comprehensive experience in Town Planning.

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience but likely be around the £40-43k mark.
