Job Details
My client is a busy local authority that is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to help with a transformation of an under performing Planning team. The client is looking for someone who can change councillors view point and also aid with improving the service. The role is a for a minimum of 6 months and is outside IR35.
Due to budget constraints the client is looking for someone 3 days a week and to be able to start within a month.
