Senior CIL and S106 Officer

Joining our client in South West London you will be working within a team involved in collecting payments for the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). Though the title of the role is Senior CIL and S106 Officer, your role will focus on the administration of CIL.

You will manage your own caseload of CIL applications and as a senior member of the team you will be required to take on complex cases including one of the largest community infrastructure levy applications in the country. You will also supervise and mentor 2 Junior CIL Officers, ensuring that targets are met and that the collection of CIL is carried out accurately and effectively in compliance with legislative requirements.

To apply for this role you must have a minimum of 2-3 years recent experience working in a similar role, ideally with a London Local Authority. Excellent admin and communication skills are essential alongside a high level of IT literacy. You will need confidence when it comes to dealing with external third parties including some of the countries most prominent developers.

This is a full time, permanent post and our client is offering a salary of between £33,543 - £46,962 depending on skills, knowledge and experience (up to 10% market supplement offered for an exceptional candidate). Our client also offers flexible working arrangements including, working from home (dependant on service need) and other arrangements.
