Big city dreams stuck in a small-town job?

Bored of working on repetitive projects with a sincere lack of impact?

Ever fancied working for an internationally reputable consultancy on a highly valuable contract, spanning over 8 years with a nationally recognised utility company?

We are all guilty of being intrigued by brands and companies that have evolved to become household names with logos recognised by all.

What if this guilty pleasure became your Monday to Friday?

You’d be working for one of the most financially sound property consultancies in the country, a true market leader.

Existing as an unrivalled brand in the property market, with an enviable reputation of continued success and market dominance, this is an opportunity that is the embodiment of a fresh start.

The role will see you working at a high level on this utilities contract on the disposal of surplus assets, providing strategy and advising on how to optimise these assets and the ability to analyse the value of such assets.

While this contract will take up a chunk of your time, you will not be limited to such work as you will also be expected to carry out some general planning work alongside this.

If you are an Associate Director or Director looking to take on a new challenge within Infrastructure and Utilities planning, your experience isn’t limited to this sector, and you are a natural self-starter then this may be just the opportunity for you.
