Our client is a diverse and vibrant London borough and they are looking to appoint a Section 106 Officer to assist them in manging and monitoring Planning Obligations from Section 106 Agreements. They have a very busy programme so they will need you to be competent in this area of work and able to hit the ground running. Working in their Planning and Transport Division you will provide day to day management of S106 legal agreements to ensure that the provisions within them are enacted at the correct time and manage incoming funding contributions and its allocation and associated spend.

To carry out this role successfully, previous experience in a similar role or substantial experience in planning or property is required. You will have a proven track record of working independently on a full range of S106 Agreement work, working to tight deadlines in a manner that is consistent with meeting corporate targets and objectives and that requires minimal input or correction from the Principal Officers.

This role will be based in South West London though you will be working from home during lockdown. This role will initially be offered as a 3 month contract but it is expected to be a 3 month rolling contract. Our client is offering £18p/hr umbrella for this position.
