A Central London planning consultancy seek a Planning Director to join their team working on complex developments.

Role & Company

This consultancy is a cash rich organisation with a wide variety of interesting clients. You will be working on a number of complex and often contentious developments, ranging from large scale residential projects in the capital to advising high profile retail clients nationwide. A strong 2020 has set up this boutique consultancy to have an excellent 2021 making this the perfect time to join. As a Planning Director there will be no requirement to develop new business – all the work comes through repeat business and recommendations. This vacancy is perfect for a skilled planner used to advising and managing intelligent clients on complex planning schemes. With a quirky office space in Central London, you’ll have the opportunity to influence interesting developments.


  • A dynamic individual with 10-15 years planning experience, with much coming from the private sector.
  • Talented planner with expertise delivering on complex and contentious developments, managing external clients and stakeholders.
  • No business development is required in this role but any expertise and interest in this will be welcomed.
  • A desire to work in a hands on role without business development or management responsibilities.
