Planning Enforcement Officer

Vivid are working with a Sussex-based local authority who're looking to take on a Planning Enforcement Officer, initially for 6 months. 

They're looking for someone who can confidently hit the ground running with conducting the investigations and writing the subsequent reports. Therefore, previous experience doing a similar role is highly desirable. 

Due to the nature of role, you will have to be willing to travel to the area for site visits (for which a driving licence and access to a car is required), but the majority of the role can be done remotely. 

The authority are happy to negotiate the hourly rate, depending on experience, but this is likely to fall in the region of £30-£35/hr. IR35 status is undetermined at this stage.
