Job Details
I am currently working on an exciting role with a Local Authority based in the South West of England. They are looking to bring on a Principal/Senior Planning Officer on an initial 6 month contract.
The suitable Planner will be dealing with a range of applications including small infill schemes to larger blocks of flats and major school project applications. Ideally you will have experience signing off other planning officers applications and mentoring junior members of staff.
It is an initial 6 month contract but it could roll on longer if everything goes well. The manager wants an ASAP start, but may wait for the right person.
They are happy to offer a wealth of remote working with a view of visiting the district for site visits. The rate depends on previous experience.
