One of my clients in Central England are looking for a Principal Planner to join them for an initial contract of 6 months, with the likely potential for extension for a further 6 months. 100% of the work can be done from home (apart from site visits), and rates are dependant on experience. The IR35 status of this role s undetermined.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a caseload of major applications
  • Signing off work for more junior members of staff
  • Represent the Council at Committee meetings and in Court if necessary

It is necessary to have recently been in a Principal role with a Local Authority.
