South of England - Minerals & Waste Planner

A Council in the South of England have informed us they are on the lookout for a Minerals & Waste Planner to join them on a 3-6 month contract. The role would be predominantly remote-based, and the hourly rate has been left negotiable dependent on experience.

Suitable candidates for this role will:

• Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline
• Have demonstrable experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
• Have excellent working knowledge of and previous experience dealing with a Minerals & Waste caseload
• Ideally have 5+ years working at a Senior Planning Officer level 

Working arrangements:

• 3-6 month initial contract, with the view to extend further
• Rate negotiable dependent on experience 
• Remote-based working
• IR35 status undetermined
