Assistant Town Planner
Our client is a successful planning consultancy that has an excellent reputation in the industry. Due to our client’s success and growth for the business they are looking for an Assistant Town Planner to join the company and progress within the consultancy. If you have an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related and you have any work experience – our client wants to hear from you!!
The ideal Assistant Town Planner will hold a BSc and MSc in Town Planning or related and occupy a few months to a year post graduate planning experience.
You will be provided with full support within the team, learning and developing from guidance from the more senior colleagues.
As an Assistant Town Planner your duties will include:
- Preparing planning applications, including planning statements.
- Undertaking research and analysis
- Assembling reports and presentations
- Undertaking site visits
- Attending meetings with clients and other stakeholders
The salary for this role is flexible depending on your experience
